How do I submit my logo or artwork?
Email us your artwork after checkout in any of these formats: PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPG/PNG (300 DPI minimum). Our design team will review your files and contact you if any adjustments are needed. For best results, vector files (PDF, SVG, AI or EPS) are preferred.

Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! We provide a complimentary digital proof for every order within 24-48 business hours of artwork submission. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

What if I don't have a design ready?
Our in-house design team can help create or optimize your artwork. Basic design services are complimentary, while complex design work starts at $45/hour. Contact our design team to discuss your needs.

Are there additional fees I should know about?
Standard setup fees range from $25-75 depending on the customization method. Rush orders, PMS color matching, and shipping are additional. All fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

Do I have to order a minimum quantity?

Amazing good. Received on Monday, there’s slightly delay in delivery, but acceptable base on recent COVID-19 situation. We brought those pens as souvenirs to our subscribers.

Pullout pens are ideal for demonstrating models of new products with 180x68mm banner retractable.
Just delivered to our warehouse yesterday. This time we tried by sea shipment. It cost almost 50 days in total to reach our warehouse. Although delayed several days by wildfires in California for several days according to Fedex. The shipment time is acceptable as the freight is much more cheaper than by all way express or by air
